Monish Meshak belongs to rural village Othikkadu, in Thiruvallur District, He completed her 10th and was looking for a job prospect in nearby area to support his family. He received skill based training under DDU-GKY Project at Dream india women’s charitable Trust center in Domestic Electrician Trade. He completed her 3 months training and got job in Yongson company. In this job he is now earning Rs.15000/- as salary which is gradually stabilizing his financial status.
Rajiv Gandhi
Belongs to Rural BPL Family of Veppamchetty village in Thiruvallur District. He is an enterpruenuer and earning Rs.25000 per month.
Rajiv Gandhi , belongs to rural village, veppamchetty in thiruvallur district. He completed his 12th as he belongs to poor family, father was died. He was looking for a job locally to support his family. He got selected for free skill based training under DDU-GKY Project at Dream india women’s charitable Trust center in Domestic Electrician Trade. He completed his 4 months skill based training, based on his qualification and certification we helped him to get the loan under Mudra scheme. Now he was running his own electrical shop in Thiruvallur district and earning R.25000/- per month.

Belongs to Rural Family of Thirupachur in thiruvallur District, Tamilnadu, he is working in Caterpillar company and earning Rs.15000 per month.
Ravi.S belongs to rural village Thirupachur, in Thiruvallur District, He completed her 10th and was looking for a job prospect in nearby area to support his family. He Joined ITI one year training under Dream india women’s charitable Trust center in Welder Trade. He completed her 1year training and appeared in an interview in Caterpillar company. He got selected and now he earns Rs.15000 per month, which is good for him to support family.

Belongs to Rural Family of Othapai in thiruvallur District, Tamilnadu, he is working in Railway and earning Rs.15000 per month.
Murali. D belongs to rural village Thirupachur, in Thiruvallur District, He completed her 10th and was looking for a job prospect in nearby area to support his family. He Joined ITI one year training under Dream india women’s charitable Trust center in Welder Trade. He completed her 1year training and Joined in Apprenticeship training and appeared in an interview in Railways recuritment. He got selected and now he earns Rs.15000 per month, he gives the credit of his success to Dream India ITI.
Saraswathi
Saraswathi belongs to BPL family of 6 members and their source of income is only from farm labour by her husband in kakalur. She took training under Dream India Women’s Charitable Trust in Sewing machine operator training and and registered MSME registration. Now she was running her own Tailor shop and earning Rs.8000/- per month.This training made her career but has also given her a new hope For better future.
Gopal
Gopal belongs to BPL family in Thiruvallur district, He completed his 12th as he belongs to poor family. He was looking for a job locally to support his family.
He got selected for free skill based training under TNSDC Project at Dream india women’s charitable Trust center in Chauffer Trade. He completed his 2 months skill based training, based on his qualification and certification we helped him to get the loan under Mudra scheme. Now he was running his own Business in Thiruvallur district and earning R.28000/- per month.
Punitha
This is just a beginning and I have a long way to go, I dream to have my own boutique one day" says Punitha.
Punitha is a Deaf from a small town. She is a mother of 2 little ones studying in primary school, and a daily wager & Sole breadwinner, earning Rs 150-200 per day. Punitha came to our Dream center in Thiruvallur with a lot of interest to learn. 3 months of hard work & training, & today here she is, calling herself an entrepreneur. Punitha has started taking orders from her neighborhoods & earned her first income of Rs 3000 in Jan 2021.She has also registered at TN Society & expecting many more stitching orders.
Durga Devi
I am Durga Devi, from Keelanalur. I hail from a family of five, and our monthly income is around 7000 INR. I'm unable to spend much on my children's education. I came across the vocational training that was conducted for persons with disabilities. Post this training, I'm positive that I can take up employment and I will be able to spend the money on my children's education. I am locomotor disabilities and am very much interested in tailoring skills. So, I have joined a dream centre for tailoring skills, stitching and cutting. In the last 2 months back I have purchased my own tailoring machine. Recently I started my own business and now I earn 3000 rupees per month.
Malathi
Malathi with hand impairment has not attended schooling. Her parents were very poor and earned daily wages up to 350 rupees. She was very much interested in vocational skill training, our partner ngo peace centre supported and joined her to the tailoring center, She has joined tailoring skill training in the tailoring centre near P.R. Puram location, she is attending the training continuously from last 3 months and has learnt tailoring skills and methods. She is interested in starting her own tailoring business, she has already applied for a tailoring machine under the scheme of TamilNadu social welfare department.
